The Association's Board is an all volunteer board elected from the neighborhood. The Board meets monthly. Elections are yearly and conducted at the Annual Association Members Meeting. We have various committees that organize get-to-know-your-neighbor events including the Family Block Party, and the Holiday Home Tour. You are more than welcome to join and participate by sending an email to committees@palmerwoods.org.
The mission of the Palmer Woods’ Association is to address the concerns of the neighborhood and preserve the beauty of our community. We maintain the garden areas; employ snow removal services and private security. We encourage all neighbors to join the association. The annual membership is $495. Your participation ensures all can enjoy the quality of life we have come to expect in Palmer Woods. The membership also includes a subscription to the neighborhood newsletter, The Post.
